Dear Purchaser,

The following is a legally binding contract between you ("the purchaser") and Quality Web Content by Vangie Beal ("qualityweb.ca", Vangie Beal). Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before purchasing and downloading content for use on your own business Web site, Blog, or print marketing materials.

This agreement, which may be amended from time to time by Vangie Beal describes the rights that I, Vangie Beal grants the purchaser once you have purchased content.

Below are the rights and obligations of qualityweb.ca (Vangie Beal) and the purchaser for the distribution and publishing of Web content as sold by Vangie Beal.

1) Multiple Distribution Content & Packages
Is the term we use at Quality Web Content to describe content that is sold in limited quantities and is retired by qualityweb.ca (Vangie Beal) after the designated maximum distribution has been reached. The maximum distribution normally ranges between 10 and 25 copies.

Multiple Distribution content is assumed ghostwritten and the author retains all copyright to the content. Web-exclusive rights are given to to the purchaser(s) for ninety days (90) after the maximum distribution limit has been reached. During this time the author may only use the content in print or as samples on a portfolio during the Web-exclusive rights period.

As the purchaser you may alter the content to ensure it has a unique angle when published to your own Web site or publication, however  you are legally bound in agreement with qualityweb.ca (Vangie Beal)  that you shall not resell or redistribute any portion of the content. By purchasing this content you agree that it is for publication on a single entity only, including but not limited to;

- One (1) printed publication, with the right to use it on the online version (Web site) of the printed publication.
- (or) One (1) Web space such as a single blog or Web site.
- (or) For business marketing purposes, the content may be printed on your company's branded marketing materials (e.g. included on a pamphlet or brochure) up to a maximum of 50,000 printed copies.

This content is provided without an author name and you may use only your own Company or Web site name (not an individual's name) when published by the purchaser.

2) Exclusive Distribution Content & Packages
Is the term we use on the Quality Web Content site to describe content that may be purchased on an exclusive rights basis. Exclusive Distribution gives the purchaser the full copyright to the content (including the right to reuse the content including redistribution and resale), and the right to co-brand with the original author's name if desired. The author may only ever use the content as a sample on a portfolio.

3) Author Co-brand
Is the term we use on the Quality Web Content site to describe the rights of the purchaser to use the original author's name and (or) byline when publishing the content. Exclusive Distribution provides the right to co-brand with an author, but this is not included with Multiple Distribution content. Multiple Distribution content may be upgraded to include author co-branding at a cost of $5.00 USD per article or package.

By agreeing to the Terms of Service the purchaser shall hold on the Quality Web Content site (Vangie Beal)  harmless and on the Quality Web Content site (Vangie Beal)  shall hold the purchaser harmless from any and all claims, losses, damages, costs and expenses arising out of any breach or claimed breach pursuant to these Terms of Service.
